Terms of Use

Avalon is an AI-assisted interface for market research, chat, portfolio viewing, alerts, and optional on-chain actions. You may use Avalon only if you can form a binding agreement and you follow applicable law.

You are responsible for your account, connected wallet, and any activity taken through them. Keep your devices, wallet approvals, and sign-in methods secure.

You may access Avalon through Google sign-in, wallet sign-in, or both where supported. A connected wallet is only required for on-chain actions such as approvals, swaps, or other blockchain transactions.

If you connect a wallet, you are responsible for the addresses you use, the signatures you approve, and the networks you transact on. Blockchain transactions are irreversible once submitted.

Avalon may generate summaries, suggestions, trading ideas, or transaction flows. Those outputs may be incomplete or incorrect and are provided for informational use only.

Avalon does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for reviewing every quoted route, approval, order, and transaction before signing or submitting it.

Some features may require credits or paid plans. Unless required by law, credits are non-refundable, non-transferable, and have no cash value.

Avalon relies on third-party providers such as wallet software, identity providers, payment processors, data providers, and blockchain networks. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for them.

You may not use Avalon to break the law, infringe others’ rights, interfere with the service, abuse rate limits, bypass safeguards, or attempt to access accounts, wallets, keys, or systems that are not yours.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe your use creates security, fraud, compliance, or abuse risk.

Avalon is an evolving product. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time, including experimental trading or automation features.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, successful execution, or compatibility with every wallet, chain, asset, or protocol.

Avalon is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Avalon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for losses arising from market conditions, blockchain activity, wallet compromise, failed transactions, or reliance on AI-generated output.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may update the date on this page and provide additional notice where appropriate. By continuing to use Avalon after an update takes effect, you agree to the revised Terms.
